Debbie Yedlin

Debbie Yedlin brings 25 years of extensive enterprise and consulting experience in delivering global strategic services to the Fortune 50, with particular emphasis on Strategic Services, Program Management, Information Technology, Operations and Organizational Alignment. She has driven a number of large-scale, global programs for clients who need to transform their organizations to deliver key strategic programs, combine LOB organizations into one powerful business unit, outsource commodity activities, and reestablish more effective ways of delivering both technology and business capabilities to customers through business process outsourcing.

Debbie has helped clients develop and expand their global partnerships with vendors, including those in Asia, Europe, and South America. She has brokered strong relationships with business clients and delivered significant, strategic global programs beyond client expectations, often under challenging time constraints. Debbie has defined the required strategies, performed current state assessments, created and deployed global governance models, and aligned the goals and objectives of both business units and technology groups. She has successfully developed strategic road maps and programs required to transition clients to more efficient operations, including the required organizational realignment, communications, and change management.

Debbie’s extensive capabilities come from work in insurance, financial services, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, media, and software development. Prior to forming ReedITC with Tim Reed, Debbie spent three years at Borland Software working with an agile development team to create software products, and more than fifteen years at General Motors as Global Director for application engineering, enterprise integration, and process standardization, driving standards for ERP systems.

Tom Gordon

Tom Gordon brings more than 15 years of extensive enterprise experience in leading and directing global organizational transformation initiatives and global service delivery improvement programs, with particular emphasis on defining and deploying high performance / metrics-driven environments where leveraging best practices are essential. Tom has managed global transformation programs for organizations in need of efficiencies in delivering both technology and business capabilities to clients. His emphasis has been on strategy, program management, IT delivery, as well as operations and organizational restructuring and alignment.

Tom has also spent significant time coaching and mentoring senior executives, employees and vendors to exceed targeted performance goals. He has consistently delivered to client requirements, and exceeded client expectations by not only meeting the global objectives, but also meeting challenging budgetary and time constraints.

Tom's skills and experience come from work around global strategy, business processes, technology and human resources for the following industries: healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, and state and local governments.

Mike Cloherty 

Mike Cloherty brings extensive expertise in investment management operations and risk management, acquired over a 20+ year career in senior banking and investment management roles.  Mike has broad-based expertise in asset management, operations and organizational design and development acquired during his tenure at both General Motors Asset Management Corporation and State Street Corporation - Institutional Investor Services.  He successfully aligned operational strategies with business objectives, successfully deploying global solutions that have simplified and delivered cost effective solutions.  In addition, he devised, articulated and executed technology and business solutions, as well as complex customer solutions in conjunction with pension plan sponsors, corporate treasurers, foundations, and insurance companies.

Mike has the unique ability to collaborate at all levels to create successful solutions for complex business challenges. He communicates technology issues in easily understandable terms. Mike has served in trusted advisory capacities from program setup to operational delivery for numerous large-scale initiatives. 

Mike has been responsible for Investment Operations, Information Technology, Performance and Analytics, Data Strategies, Client Reporting and Office Management Functions, with staffs over 100 FTEs.  He has held positions of Director Investment Operations, Director Business Risk Management and Vice President of Operations.
